Great room in great location
Large, comfy room with great amenities. Perfect location on the High Street, close to the train station and nearby car parks. Would recommend!

The suite was lovely, warm and comfortable. The staff were great and the hotel is dog friendly which was brilliant for us. The only downside was the WiFi barely worked at best and our signals were poor. This meant making plans and looking things up was quite difficult. Lastly - our room was facing a bar called the Fallen Angel. When I say facing - if you opened our door we could see in the bar haha. Personally I had no problems with this however if you wanted to sleep before 12 the volume was too loud. In the daytime there were drag hen parties again not a problem for me. However my friend was very unwell during our stay so she spent an entire day in the room unable to sleep. I do think that is something we should of been made aware of prior to booking at least so you could make the choice or that room in particular should be discounted.

We liked the hotel and would stay here again. Guildford is not the town it used to be. It’s not as vibrant and there are a number of empty stores.

Perfectly clean and had all the amenities I needed for a one-night stay (bar breakfast for which you have to go to the adjoining restaurant) but just needs a bit of a facelift and some modernisation. Also had to wait for staff to check in.

Really nice hotel, good size room. Easy nearby parking and lovely friendly staff. Everything was clean but the bed and pillows should have protectors on as well as clean linen. Will be happy to stay here again.
