In 2018, La Magdeleine becomes a partner of the "Bassin d'Arcachon" brand and undertakes to enhance the local heritage and to offer a "pool spirit" stay to all its holidaymakers.
You can enjoy its wooden terrace facing south, equipped with a dining table, sunbathing and deckchairs, a professional plancha and a large shade sail.
The private above-ground swimming pool 6 places equipped with an LED projector will offer you pleasant moments of relaxation with its balneotherapy option during the summer season (June 1 - September 30).
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room overlooking the terrace, an independent and fully equipped kitchen, a WC + water point.
Upstairs is a spacious and comfortable bedroom of 15m2, a bathroom with shower, as well as a second independent WC.
* The above-ground heated swimming pool equipped with a whirlpool system requires special care. A detailed maintenance sheet will be at your disposal as well as all the necessary products (labeled) to maintain the water quality.
* You will also be asked to regularly water green spaces during your stay, mainly in the summer season.

Superbe sejour
Nous avons passé un moment super dans cette maison. Tout est bien pensé et fonctionnelle. La propreté est irréprochable et l’intimité de la terrasse est parfaite. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et de bons conseils. Une adresse à conseiller....

Une bonne adresse
Une maison ou on se sent rapidement comme chez soi, situé à proximité des commerces et des ports de Gujan.
Un super réseau de pistes cyclables pour découvrir ou se promener.
Les plages océanes sont très belles mais on a préféré celles du Pyla, un peu plus proche, de vraies vacances. Merci à Isabelle et à Johan de leur accueil.

1 semaine en famille fin juillet
Maison idéalement placée pour être au calme tout en étant proche de la ville d’Arcachon. Nous avons profité de la proximité de la gare pour aller en ville comme à la plage.
Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui est très à l écoute de ses locataires.
Maison très entretenue et deco de bon goût
Nous recommanderons cette adresse car nous y avons passé d excellents moments

Un petit paradis à partager en famille
Nous avons passé 2 semaines géniales à Gujan-Mestras. Une superbe petite maison typique. Un équipement d'une qualité rarement trouvée el location.
Une propriétaire à l'écoute des besoins et très réactives aux demandes. Des conseils de restos et visites à en faire baver plus d'un. La maison permet d'aller à pied au resto ou déguster des huîtres. Mais à la maison la plancha nous a fait passer de chouette moment et de bons repas. Une region avec d'énormes possibilities de visites à faire, surtout que la gare est à un petit quart d'heure de marche, pourquoi alors utiliser sa voiture.Bref tout comme notre fille de 16 ans, on a "grave kiffé".
Surtout restez comme vous êtes et probablement à une autre fois :)

De l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, au confort et aménagements de cette charmante
maison, tout est là.
Un nid de bonheur au cœur d'un quartier calme.
La grande terrasse et le spa permettent de profiter pleinement des jours ensoleillés, lorsque l'envie des grandes plages Atlantique ne se fait pas sentir.
Une adresse a garder précieusement afin d'y revenir.

Très belle location
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux semaines dans cette maison neuve, très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La terrasse est très agréable et très bien équipée également . La situation est au calme dans un quartier résidentiel , à proximité des commerces . Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, attentionnées et arrangeantes . C'est l'endroit idéal et parfait pour un couple qui aime le calme et le confort .
