Our Villa "Côté City" welcomes you in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, in the town of Gujan Mestras. Located in a very quiet environment, 5min walk from the train station, 7min by bike from the beaches and ports.
Our unique concept combines well-being, relaxation and exclusivity.
You will discover a living room open on covered terrace and swimming pool (heated from 01 June to 30 September), an equipped kitchen, a master suite with bathroom and dressing room overlooking an intimate terrace, two bedrooms with bathroom, two toilets. Elegant decoration, refined with local colors.
Bed linen and hotel toilets provided. Price excluding cleaning fees (package of 100 euros).

Séjour d’exception
Séjour d’une semaine à Gujan en juillet 2022: accueil des propriétaires excellent (hôtes très prévenants et attentionnés), maison fonctionnelle, propre et décorée avec goût, bien équipée, conforme à l’annonce, situation géographique proche de tous commerces Excellent rapport qualité / prix On reviendra avec plaisir car de telles locations sont rares Merci à Perrine et Julian à nouveau pour leur accueil
