Recently constructed and fully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Insecure
It wasn't so clean and their was cockroaches. the dishes of the kitchen were very bad.it gave a lot of insecurity around the house because it was not circulated by fences

PERFECT
The house was beautiful! The host was so helpful and sweet!! The house is exactly as shows online! Neighbors are all friendly and wave when you pass by! I’m a single mom of 2, and came alone with my 8 yr old and my 16 yr old and his 16 yr old friend. We felt very safe in this house and neighborhood! And it was perfect for all of us! Will definitely be back! Check in and out was super easy! We slept like babies in the beds! Definitely recommend!

Not for a family trip
We stayed for a week for a tournament and were very underwhelmed. Lots of dead bugs, flies flying around, hair in the bed, in the shower, debris left, and a dirty rug and dirty couch. Overall just not clean....there was a bag of trash sitting on counter. I had ro pre-clean before we settled. Part of road was blocked off so we had to figure out how to get around the closure... this would have been nice to know as our navigation didnt detour us and we had to resort to using the map the old school way. The neighborhood does not look safe or inviting...trailor park vibes and roaming suspicious characters with an unfenced yard and no access to garage. We mentioned concerns to host (host was understanding and did reach out to us after we initiated a complaint) but are still waiting for results of an investigation to get a partial refund or something to makeup for a terrible stay. Kitchen has basic tools and equipment to make a meal, rooms are mostly empty with just a bed...no dresser in any room and night stands are only in 2 of the rooms. I wouldnt recommend staying here.

House find; neighborhood horrible!
The house was clean with basic essentials. The neighbors and neighborhood was extremely depressed with junky trailers on 3/4 sides along with drive into development. It was NOT a safe feeling environment to us. We were thankful there was a garage to park car so belongings were not stolen. Only stayed 2 nights out of the month reserved (family emergency BUT would NOT have stay anyway!) The area was not desirable at all for Snow Birding retirees. Again house itself was fine.......I will certainly do better homework on the surrounding area next season. I do have pictures of depressed neighborhood to confirm this review.
