Sunset Pointe

Beautiful 2004 Winnebago adventurer sleeps 6. Motorhome is completely furnished with towels, dishes, linens etc., with a beautiful view of The East Bay. Guests have access to swimming in waist high water, fishing, sunbathing, 300 foot dock over the water with tiki bar. Guests have free use of our canoe, kayak and paddle board. The property also offers an outdoor shower and miles of bicycle trails. Ten minutes from Navarre Beach and twenty minutes from Pensacola Beach. Grocery stores and shopping are only five minutes away

10/10 Mr.Rick and his wife were very nice people, beautiful place we stayed 3 nights the sunrise's and sunset's are just stunning bring your best camera,we brought our jet ski's we used a local boat ramp to launch from and we was able to ride them from their dock, swim and fishing,definitely will book again.

Blue Angels 2024
It was our first time staying in an RV, and it was a good time! The place was clean and the space was great! Mr. Rickie and the family are great host. We had no problems with the RV, but did reach out a couple of times, and Mr. Rickie always responded. I also think we have found the place in Florida we want to be. East Bay seems to be a great community. We will be back to stay with Mr. Rickie and family again in the future. I feel I have gained some new friends! I hope to see y’all soon! Thanks! God Bless!

It was home away from home.

Little Slice of Heaven
Beautiful property. Wonderful hosts. Very peaceful, quiet area to stay at. They have kayaks for use, we were only there one evening so we didnt use them. Perfect pier to walk out on and relax for sunrise and sunsets or to go fishing. Easy access to the Bay as well for swimming We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great little spot on the bay! Very responsive owner!
We brought some friends with us that had young children. The owner was very welcoming and responsive. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. We only contacted the owner once during our few days there, he was very understanding of the situation and took care it right away. Thank you for a great trip!

Incredible Place
I took my son fishing for three days and it is absolutely the perfect place. Great views with a pier to dock a boat, and an awesome RV with great amenities. Rickie and his family went out of their way to accommodate us. Great People!! So much bang for the buck!!! We are going back soon. I highly recommend it.
