"The condo was very easy to get to and check in was super easy. Everything was communicated beforehand so made it that much more simple. Even with some of the construction going on on front beach rd it did not impact the location in our minds. The condo itself was very clean and had a perfect view of the gulf. It was decorated perfectly for the beach and made you feel like home. If you are the stay in and cook type then anything you could possibly need is available. The property wasn’t packed so getting on and off the elevator was a breeze and at night it was very quiet around us which made it a nice stay as well. Pier Park is super close and within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Plenty of space for us and our kids. Definitely will choose this an option in the future if it’s available. "

"This property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to spend Christmas on the beach and this fit the bill. Located directly on the sand, we were able to hear the ocean and watch the sunset every night on the back deck. The condo was clean and cozy and felt like home. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful Christmas. Brandy, the owner, was very responsive regarding all our communications. 100% would recommend and will come again. "
