Ocean Awaits 1 is a 9 bedroom 7 bathroom gulf front beach house that sleeps up to 30.

Welcome to Ocean Awaits 1! This beachfront house has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores, Alabama. At Ocean Awaits 1, you are conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores, just 3 miles west of Highway 59, right on the gorgeous beach. The home offers amazing views of the Gulf from all 3 balconies and boasts a large private pool that overlooks the sand and water. If you want to put your toes in the sand or swim in the Gulf, just walk down the private boardwalk and enjoy! The house was recently gutted and remodeled, finished in June 2022, and looking brand new!
On the first floor, you'll find Bedroom 1 contains both a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 contain King beds. On the second level, is the cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area! Also on this floor you will find Bedroom 6 containing both a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 7 which contains a King bed. There is also a smaller Bedroom 8 with a built in Twin and a Sleeper sofa and it will use the separate hall bathroom. Finally, on the third floor is the Master Bedroom 9 and bathroom. In this bedroom is a sitting area containing another Sleeper sofa. Total sleeping capacity is 30 guests. Book this gorgeous beach house today, the Ocean Awaits!

Great Vacation Rental
This was a great vacation spot for our group of four families, 8 adults and 9 kids ages 11-17. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great. There were enough seats for all of us plus a few extra at the dining tables. We could all fit cozily in the living area for games. The kitchen had enough space to prepare and store food. It was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dishes. We got tons of use out of the pool and having direct access to the beach was amazing! We had a couple small issues come up while we were there and it was really easy to text the manager and they responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again or at other properties managed by this company.

The house was exactly as pictured. It had room for our two big families. 14 of us total. The ice maker was great to fill up our cooler each day. We found most everything we needed for cooking. The house is right on the beach and our kids loved the heated pool. Would stay again!

Great Getaway
The house was very large, had great access to the beach and meet all our expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The pools was also clean and used daily. There was plenty of space for all of use to be together without feeling crowded. The two parallel tables were particularly great as we were able to sit down together for dinner several nights, as well as play games.

Perfect location
Loved the location and size of house. Living room and dining room furniture not very comfortable at all. Kitchen well supplied but could use more coffee mugs and better frying pans. Air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the warm temps. Did have hvac maintenance respond within 15 minutes when needed. If you like hot tubs you will love the pool. Pool got cloudy and we should have called management company but being a pool owner I thought they’d automatically service it midweek but they didn’t. When we investigated the last day it was out of chlorine 😞

Amazing property!
We had a great stay, the house was as promised and the proximity to the ocean was perfect! The pool was great during the “riptide warning” days! Highly recommend! We had 16 guests and more than enough room.

Overall this property was incredible with great location, beautiful beachfront, perfect size pool, and very spacious for our 25 person stay. The only downside was if you have “big kids” in the bunk rooms it might be a stretch to fit 6 of them in the bunk room. The pullout beds are not very comfortable as well. Other than these 2 items the house was well equipped and was beyond our expectations, and the kitchen with ice maker was a huge bonus. The beach access was extremely convenient and was great having our own space on the beach. Pool was heated and on hot days was a little too warm but we did not ask to have it adjusted as the night cooled down and the kiddos loved being it it then. Highly recommend this property!

Property well appointed. Well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils. Easy access to beach. Plenty of stair access but would have been nice to have an elevator since we had our elderly father with us. Really enjoyed to the top floor. Was a perfect retreat.
