Amazing Staff
We landed here for a night after our condo we had previously booked fell through. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately the elevators and ice machines in the hotel were not working. Over all it was a very pleasant stay and the breakfast was great.

Everything was normal once I arrived. Check-in was amazing. Friendly staff. Once I got back to the hotel the elevator was broken. It was an unexpected situation. Staff said they didn't know when it would be fixed.

The hotel was in a convenient location and our room was excellent. The property was not well maintained. There wasn't an ice machine on our floor and one of the two elevators wasn't working. The front entrance needed pressure washed.

The staff was great and very accommodating and the location great because it was easy to access restaurants, beach, and many other attractions. The property was in horrible conditions with the carpets mold smells, the floors dirty, and elevator only working barely and the other broken.

Room smelled clean but had many stains on carpet and couch. Bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Only irritating thing was noise from plumbing, heard it while trying to sleep.

The floors all stained up the shower, had looked like mold, and it had pink stuff to wear. I know it was dirty and the halls in the bedroom smelled like grease.!
