"Memory Maker" formerly Hangin 10 Beachfront Private Heated Pool Elevator

Memory Maker (formerly Hangin 10) is back and better than ever. This wonderful home has 8 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath and Smart TV. 4 King bedrooms, 3 that each have a pair of Queens, and 1 with a Queen plus a Twin over Twin Bunk. 4 of the bedrooms (3 kings, 1 pair of queens) are beachfront with beachfront porches. All bedrooms have private baths, and Smart TVs.

The main floor features a large great room opening to a beachfront porch and your own private pool. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges and 2 dishwashers plus a tremendous amount of counter space so you can comfortably cook for a crowd, and there is dining space for everyone. You'll also find a half bath on this level.

The middle floor features 4 bedrooms, each with a private bath. There are two beachfront Kings, one is handicap accessible including a bath with a roll-in shower. The NE bedroom has two Queens. The NW bedroom has one Queen, plus a Twin over Twin Bunk. You'll also find a laundry in the hall.

The top floor also has 4 bedrooms including a beachfront King, a beachfront Pair of Queens, and on the north side a King bedroom, and one with a Pair of Queens. The second laundry is located on this floor.

The beachfront Private Heated Pool is the perfect place to relax (heatable October through May for $60/day).

Memory Maker is located about 3 miles west of Hwy 59, a few hundred yards east of Lagoon Pass which offers great fishing as the tides flow in and out of the lagoon. You'll be close to restaurants & shops but away from condos & crowds.

Sorry! We are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. No bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Family get away
Everything was just how it was presented. Met our expectations and was clean and so easy. The only thing is we didn’t know there was a closet with beach chairs and toys until we already rented chairs. We thought it was locked. Also one of the bedrooms didn’t have a chair,which gave us nowhere to sit even to put shoes on or anything. But overall it was very very nice. Would recommend it for sure.

Family Thanksgiving
Spacious house with plenty of privacy on bedroom floors with laundry on each. The kitchen, dining, and living space was perfectly arranged with plenty of room. We had as many as 6 adults cooking at one time without tripping over one another. The outdoor decks and pool were wonderful with excellent beach views and access. We all had a marvelous time.

There were 13 of us and we never felt “on top of each other” at all. Comfy beds. Updated, beachy decor. Loved having two of everything in the kitchen! Great location! Plenty of seating in the kitchen/den area. Easy check- in and check- out process. Only things I would suggest are to provide the kitchen with more Tupperware/storage containers. Kitchen flooring needs to be re-done, and carpet pulled from bedrooms, but it did not hinder the beauty of this home. Just suggestions! We would definitely come back to this home in a heartbeat!

There were 12 adults and 9 children, The lay out of the house was perfect for a group this size. The washer and dryers on the second and third floor could be bigger since towels have to washed, dried and folded before you leave on the final day. Overall this was GREAT. Looking to forward to using this property again next year and the following years long term.

Perfect vacation home for large groups
This was perfect for our family of 15 - kids and grandkids. There are two each of appliances in the kitchen, plus three sinks, which made cooking and cleaning much easier. There was even a KitchenAid mixer! There are two washers/dryers, one on each bedroom floor. The layout of the house is perfect, with plenty of room for eating and playing games. The grandkids really enjoyed the heated pool and there was plenty of outdoor furniture. We really appreciated the communication by text as to any issues we had. We had a small issue with the a/c on one floor and one clogged sink but they were both resolved within 24 hours. Overall, a great stay and we would highly recommend this house.

The property was exactly as advertised, an ideal place for our family of 15 to get together. Plenty of room for mingling, eating, and playing games yet everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Being right on the beach was great but the pool was a huge plus

Awesome Beachfront House
The location and house were fantastic! We paid extra to heat the pool and it made all the difference. We lost internet and tv on our 2nd day (apparently outages happen quite a bit) but they brought a hotspot so we could watch Netflix/Prime. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for large family
We were very pleased with our stay during Thanksgiving week. Hanging 10 was in great shape when we got here. The house was very clean and kept up. We cooked 3 meals a day and loved that there is two of all major appliances in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Great Beach House
This house has it all of a large group. The eight bedrooms all with their own bathroom is GREAT. The multiple TVs downstairs is great for kids and adults. The Kitchen is huge and lots of room and seating. 2 of everything is great, I just wish the second ice maker was working. My only complaint is that the coffee pots should be upgraded as they are old and one of them does not shut off after a period of time and we left it on all day, oops. The pool was great for the kids and the direct beach access can't be beat. If we can afford it, we will stay here again.

Amazing house with amazing views!
We had a wonderful time at Hangin 10! The place was spotless when we walked in the door. It smelled clean too! Any small issues that arose were quickly handled by Geoff! The pictures do not do it justice! We were only a small family of 4 staying in this huge home! You could easily fit 4 large families and have tons of space to spread out! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home for my 40th birthday! Everything was perfect ☺️

Wonderful house in Gulf Shores.
We couldn’t have been happier with this location and this house. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our big group. We had 16 people staying in the house. It was also nice to have the pool which we utilized a lot. We would recommend this for any big group.
