This attractive two bedroom, two bath condo has tile throughout the unit. The first bedroom is a cheerful yellow with a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstand, and a mounted tv with cable and Roku access. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, 2 night stands, a large mounted tv with cable, and view of the ocean. Both bedrooms have a private bath. The living room has a large mounted smart tv with cable, 2 chairs, a recliner, and a queen size sleeper sofa for 2. The breakfast bar has two wooden stools sitting at the edge of a brightly colored kitchen with all of the amenities. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table for 4 while looking out at a beautiful view of the ocean. A washer/dryer combo is included in the laundry closet.
The unit is located on the third floor and has a great view of the beach from the balcony. Condo is located on the beach with a pool and includes an area for grilling.
-We provide linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap and laundry detergent for a load of towels.

Our Gulf getaway
The location of the property is in walking distance of shops & food , that’s a plus . If you are balcony people in the evening like we are , the balconies are not private in IWE , you can literally look over & see your neighbors, you could even step over the wall if you wanted to . The room was a little small for us , it’s not as “renovated” as we thought , the floor tiles are new , however the rugs need to be thrown away , they were nasty ! It has a nice washer dryer . One thing that needs to be disclosed in the property listing is the price of the parking pass , it’s $45 , we have never had to pay for a parking pass with a condo unless we had an extra car going . Beach access is a plus , no annoying codes to punch in every time you go up or down . We did have a good time considering.

Room was great. Can only get 1 parking pass at $35.security was friendly. People in office not outgoingly friendly, but okay. Guess they get tired of being asked about buying another parking pass. They better get used to it, most everybody gonna be in 2 vehicles.

The condo is very conveniently located, all new furniture is nice but the unit is in need of updates throughout. Air and fan vents need a major cleaning, as do the bathrooms; A little surprised at the cost parking: $45 which is not mentioned in the listing. It does mention you have to purchase a pass but I guess I should have inquired about the cost. Overall served our purpose but definitely in need of updates.

Disappointing
The rooms were not very clean. The master bath's tub did not drain as it should. I was quoted it would cost $27 to park (which we hadn't had to pay before here or anywhere else) and was charged $45. The pool was under construction which was a surprise. It was 80 degrees and sunny and couldn't go in the water due to red flags.

Everything was as stated in description. You can tell it is an older facility but the owners are doing a great job up dating the unit! It was perfect for the 4 of us. Perfect location!!! Can not beat the view! Also within walking distance to shops & food!

Nice fall getaway
Very accommodating because we able to delay the reservation from August to mid November although the price stayed the same. We enjoyed our stay but would likely look for other accommodations next time. It was as relaxing to be oceanfront and have the pool to ourselves regardless of the loud neighbors.

Great Weekend
The condo's location was perfect. Right one the beach, not far from a walmart and food places. About a 20 mins or a $25 cab ride to Flora Bama. The rooms are spaces enough. Kitchen is VERY small. If you plan on cooking or BBQing there, bring your own cookware and cooking utensils, as that was very limited. We had to use a dull paring knife for the steaks we cooked. Overall we had a ton of fun. Even spent some time in the pool. It is only ONE PARKING PASS. You cannot get a 2nd pass. This isn't the owners doing, this is Brett Robinson.

As we arrived to the condo we noticed black spots on ceiling in living room. As we went into bedroom we noticed much a larger black stain in ceiling. We called the owner to let them know and they said they have had the area's tested and it was not mold. We asked to see the report but we never were sent the report. Also the AC vents were disgustingly dirty. We went to take garbage out and noticed in the bottom of trash can black mold. After discussion with the owner he did refund a percentage of our stay. He did say he was going to be onsite in early August to further investigate these issues. The owner also said they would be touch with the cleaning company to let them know of the cleanliness issues. Hopefully the owner will get these issues fixed before more tenants arrive.

Very easy to find, beautiful view from balcony.Parasailing and water activities are available on beach. Elevator went out and staff did everything possible to help make everything easier until it was able to get fixed. Great condo to stay in

View and location were perfect. Condo itself was not at all what was expected. Black “mold” looking areas all over the popcorn ceilings, and the air vents. Dryer vents directly into the unit- which keeps humidity level vey high. Unit also had a mildew/musty smell the entire week. Communities amenities were great. Staff also very nice.

Future travelers need that some condos are not managed by the front office.
Front office can’t help you with your check in process. Be sure to check your Email regularly. The only issue we had was the door code halfway through our stay did not work, however that issue was corrected within 20-25 minutes. Be sure to know where your contact phone numbers are. All in all it was a good experience

My biggest complaint has nothing to do with the condo owners but the customer service at check in. The lady was very rude. I misunderstood that we could only get one parking pass and she was very quick to bite my head off. Then we couldn’t even get unloaded before the parking lot “police” were trying to give my sister a ticket for having her vehicle parked there. As we were literally unloading. Then we also had Nike flip flops stolen from the boardwalk. You know where you leave them to walk to the beach. I went and reported them and again before we checked out, to only be shrugged at. Like o well sorry about that. Customer service definitely could use some help. Other than those things we loved our condo and the complex itself. It’s smaller and quiet except for the thief which was such a bummer.

Relaxing!
I took my 12 year old granddaughter to the beach for a few days. The location was perfect, the balcony was so nice to sit and dream about the upcoming day or reminisce about the day we had, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen was perfect size, and we felt safe the entire time. We truly enjoyed our time.

My Birthday adventure
The property is very nice. The code to the door didn't work. I was frustrated. Drove 5hrs. had to wait for the owners to reprogramed the code to the door, that didn't take long at all. I needed extra towels. The property would not give them to me. The codo had everything we needed except extra bathe towels ,face towels. Overall, i had a great 53rd Birthday with my family and I'm planning to come back next year!

Overall positive
Great location and ease of check in process was great. Cleanliness fair. The sofa bed felt like it had sand in the sheets. . Loved that it had beach chairs and chairs on balcony. However would have liked to have had more than 3 forks in the kitchen and perhaps some foil or Saran Wrap would have been nice to cover uneaten food with. Past VRBO’a definitely had more forks and a few more basics in the kitchen.
