Royal Palms 403 is a one-bedroom, two-full-bath gulf-front condo on the fourth floor located in Gulf Shores. This unit has been completely renovated in the spring of 2019 and is an absolute MUST-SEE! Royal Palms is next to the Gulf State Park pier and a perfect location for your next beach vacation.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Family Vacation
The condo was very clean. Location was great. Very easy to communicate with owner. Entrance way was small, the bathrooms were small. I wish the bunk beds were in there own room just because they are on the way to the balcony and we have small kids who go to bed early. So once they were in bed we needed to stay in our room as to not wake them. However, It was a great place to stay! I do recommend. Just some of our thoughts. Thanks!

Just a little small
This was a very clean unit-that is most important to us. However, the bathrooms were so small you could barely turn around and you certainly couldn’t share it with anyone. The bedroom is on the front of the unit not the balcony side. It was only my husband and I there so we made do but someone with kids would find it very cramped.

Royal Palms is was nicely situated at the East end of the beach by the State Park. It had beautiful views of the Gulf and the property was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

I must say the view was great the place was nice but the one bathroom off the hallway was not cleaned had hair in tub toilet was not cleaned a dirty towel was hanging behind the door other then that we enjoyed ourselves loved the view

Great location, nice unit, needed better cleaning
First off, the location is great. You’re the very last building before a stretch of land/beach that reaches Gulf State Park/Pier. So, due to this, the crowd size for the area was much smaller than others, yet you’re still close to everything. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was set up nicely. Had everything we needed. My one complaint was cleanliness, which falls on the rental agency. While they admit they’re short-handed in your welcome email, the unit is still cleaned by one individual, and then inspected by another some time before the next occupants arrive. It was stated to us that if parking tags were in the room, then it had been inspected (we were able to check in early due to this). However, there were two towels laying in our bathroom floor from the previous party, I don’t know how two people missed those in cleaning. Also, the floor was not clean, there were streaks and sand. Everything else seemed ok, but definitely not up to par. Overall, we’d give it another go with the location and smaller crowds

We had a wonderful stay in Gulf Shores. The only complaints we had were the door to our unit was hard to get open, sticking when you were trying to open it, and we saw some rats from our balcony on the boardwalk leading to the beach.

Nice but beware of fees!
Before booking, be sure you understand the almost $1000 in taxes and fees. First time I’ve been charged to park (how else was I supposed to get there?) and $400+ for something unspecified.

Perfect spot for a family of four.
Located on the quieter end of Gulf Shores, this was perfect for enjoying family time on the beach. The condo was clean and just enough room for a family of four. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Perfect location
The condo was just what my wife and I needed for the perfect getaway. The location on the beach was better than expected with beautiful white sand and calm tides for a great time on the shore for a walk or swim. A lot of good places to eat and explore. Stores and shopping were really close also. It was a very good experience and we would love to return again in the future.

Royal Palms 403 was a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked (much better than other condos I've stayed). The room was very clean when we arrived. The sofa is a dingy but it is white. We never heard any other guest so it must be pretty well insulated. Overall it was a great stay and we would gladly stay again

This place was super cute and everything as expected.
Hubby and I went on a 2 year over vacation and had a lot to celebrate. We’ve never been to Gulf Shores and absolutely loved it! We had such a good time. Definitely will go back and recommend this condo at Royal Palms

Good time in 403
The location was nice and kept the crowds at the beach tolerable. Unit 403 is nice, but small, and a few items could use attention. As mentioned by another guest, the ceiling fan in the bedroom is very loud and should be replaced or repaired. Some of the coated cookware is in need of replacement . The cushions on the living room sofa were dirty or stained, so we covered the sofa with a blanket all week. Overall, the condo was nice but could be perfect with a few minor touches.

The unit was smaller than I had imagined from the pictures but it was absolutely perfect for me. The view was fantastic. Being at the end of the line of condo buildings by the state park made for a much less crowded beach experience. The condo was fully updated and I had a wonderful vacation!

Get away with the wife!
This place was perfect for a couple! The room was clean and comfortable. There are 2 small bunk beds which would work for kids, but might be a little cramped for an adult. The balcony view is excellent and the high chairs on the deck are nice. It has 2 full baths that made it easy on both of us getting ready. We are beach people so we never used the pool, but the indoor and outdoor pool area looked really nice.
