Everything was good except for housekeeping. They didn't come at all our first full day, had to call reception to get us towels. They came the second day but told them to come back so they could have an empty room, as we were leaving to go to dinner. We came back and room wasn't done. Had to go to reception and get supplies. The breakfast was great!

Springhill suites is a well designed hotel. Rooms are tight, but strategically made for multiple shared accommodation New and clean. All staff was focused on making your stay perfect.

Springhill Suites in Orange Beach, AL. Were nice. My only complaint is very minor. The frames of the beds that touch the floor need dusting & painted. The staff were great. The outside chair cushions were Not clean. It is a great place to evacuate from storms.

It is a very nice place to stay. We were there to attend a family wedding and only spent two nights. Everything was great except for the bed. It was like sleeping on a concrete floor.
