Shower tub was dirty and had two blood stains. That room hasn’t been clean for a while, there was dust on the furniture and the room smells like cigarettes, that was a non-smoking room. I didn’t stay the night because it was so unsafe and unsanitary. Check in and check out on the same moment.

This is worse hotel i ever stayed at. Sheets were stained. Roaches and stunk. The owners definitely do not care about this property. No house keepers. Owners were cleaning rooms. Breakfast was nothing. A apple and a piece of bread. Pool was not great either. They need to tear it down. Doors were bondo filled from holes. Trim was falling off. Just disgusting a crack hotel is better than this place.

The location is very convenient just 7 minutes from the airport when flying! The room itself was adequate the bed was comfortable pillows were comfortable but the painting and the floors and the physical structure had unfinished projects which when you redo a room should be completed when people are paying this much money

I went to check in after completing all transactions required. I was informed that i had been restricted and will not receive refund. If i had been restricted for an legitimate reason, why was it necessary for me to be left in the blind about it. The staff's professionalism is non- existent!

Lethe non smoking room smelled like smoke. It just a light coat of paint to try to cover it up. Someone knocked on our door at midnight. People outside our door doing something at 1:00. The room was nasty. We did not take a bath the tub and shower were so bad. Too many things to mention!

The room was nasty, one dresser had no drawers at all the other dresser was missing one or 2 drawers. Most the outlets were burnt, limited lighting. Bsthroom was dirty, barely supply you with enough toiletries, the bed frame literally looked like a it was made from an old metal tool box, the roo. Smelt runny, the headboard was dusty, lights were rusted, behind the bed was absolutely dirty, the sheets were dirty, dont get much of a blanket, and i kid you not our sheets were curtains. And the curtainthat was hung up was filled with holes. Definitely do not trust the pictures bc the room looks nothing like it. And yiu only get a few tv channels. If it wasnt for the fact we had limited funds already, and hadnt already booked the room in advanced we wouldnt have stayed. We oy made do with what we had since we were down for a funeral. If we ever visit Mississippi again. This hotel will not even be close to an option for us. Only thing we liked about it was that it was close to alot of things. Oh and the pool is super small, there is no hot tub, and the pools were dirtyy.

Worst hotel ever
I booked a king room, the door was rotted out at the base, the sheets had cigarette bu4ns in them. No safe in the room as well as they dont do house keeping unless you specifically ask for it. Also i had to pay a 40 dollar deposit cash and had to use there atm so they also charged me a 4 dollar fee on the atm. I am completely disappointed and will never stay there again. 4 night stay cost me 350 bucks and it was horrible

The furniture was damaged. The chest of drawers didn't have drawers. The bolt lock on the door to the adjoining room didn't work nor did the main door's. Never again!
