Our television did not work. We called the front desk to ask for help, and they hung up on us. So my daughter went to the front desk to ask for help. A nice man came, but was unable to fix our TV. We were looking forward to watching a show before bed. We also wanted to watch the news in the morning.

it will benefit from renovation. my room didn't have a functional door lock my first night. the room had a handicap accessible shower with no soap tray. i ran out of facial tissue and it wasn't replaced. otherwise a nice room and great staff.

Guest laundry facilities broken. Had to go to laundromat at night with no outside lighting and spent $27.00 out-of-pocket to wash and dry clothes. Was never reimbursed. Room was not cleaned during stay. Trash bags received from front desk did not fit trash cans in room.

The property is an older building and in need of a new face lift. Curtains, carpet, elevator was very slow. New electrical plugs and fixtures are needed too. AC was rather loud and old. The location is good in a quiet neighborhood. Flower beds and lawn needed attention. Just needs update and more TLC.
