Peaceful!!!
Quiet peaceful. Literally played records and just stared at the window. I got hungry around midnight and ordered DoorDash. It was snowing outside and very cold and the front desk guy went out to pick it up and then hand delivered it to me. Here is the photo. This is after midnight! This stay was absolutely therapeutic for me!

Loved it
This is the second time we've stayed at the Dominion House. It has a great history, it's a beautiful building and the room and bathroom are large. The views are great too. It's quiet and the service is great.

Sylvia cooked up some bacon sausage eggs to order, plus all the nice goodies out including fresh fruit and a waffle maker. Comfortable bed!

The Hotel front door was uninviting and the front desk area (at the back) was anything but grand. However, beyond that point, everything was perfectly comfortable, clean, and enjoyable.

Dominion was an interesting and elegant place to stay in Guthrie. We enjoyed learning about its past and walking around the grounds. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size.

Decent Hotel
This was our second visit. David was so kind--he allowed us to check in early, which was really awesome. The room was clean, linens ok, and the bed comfortable but abnormally high. The hotel is really quiet, and we love that the parking lot is private and closed in. We will stay here again if our travels bring us this way.

For a bed and breakfast, this property got it half right. The room was nice, clean, good shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was an epic fail. Saturday morning, we missed breakfast because the lady in charge was on a marathon smoke break. On Sunday, we got there right before 9:30 and she was socializing in the back, came out 10 minutes later, and said that she wasn’t serving any longer but we were welcome to the cheap continental garbage. Was not worth the $175 a night for a typical Motel 6 breakfast. Won’t be staying here again. Too many other B&B’s in town.

Beautiful Vintage Style Hotel
Beautifully custom decorated room with a huge bathroom! Biggest shower I’ve ever seen and a claw foot bathtub. Quality linens and towels. Included continental breakfast and made to order eggs/bacon or sausage plate. Missed out on exploring the full property due to schedule. I’ll just have to come back! ;-)

Door to hotel was lucked an unattended at 9:30pm. Had to call to get in. Breakfast service was marginal at best. Little organization and planning despite being very few having breakfast.
