Please avoid staying at this hotel at all COSTS! This hotel is in a diabolical condition, it’s not even fit for animals. I was checked into room 403 and I checked out after 2 minutes of walking into that room! Food stains all over the floor, and fresh food stain I might add. My shoe got stuck to one of the stains on the carpet, so you can imagine the level on cleanliness! I have NEVER experienced a hotel in such shocking condition. The hotel pictures have clearly been taken in its early days and are not a reflection of the current condition in the slightest.

Right just after midnight due to the weather conditions. When I arrived, I was told that the rooms are on the first come first serve basis and I no longer had a king size and was being offered a double beds. I didn’t understand that because I had already paid for the room king size room. I was never offered, another king size when it became available, there was only one elevator working. The phone in the room didn’t work. The coffee maker didn’t work. I was able to get a replacement for that. Was running throughout the halls at between 2 and 4 AM The location was convenient to the nearby shopping and restaurants.

Please do not stay here. We had to get a room for the weekend while we waited on our apartment to be ready and it was horrible. When we got in the room we noticed the sofa was stained and dirty and the sheets had holes in them. They don’t even give you a comforter, just 2 sheets to sleep with. I saw a few bugs run across the wall while I waited forever in the elevator. This building is filled with drug addicts(no shame just felt really unsafe) there was several children from age 8-12 just roaming the halls and doing whatever which is even more unsafe to have children running around with as many crackheads as I seen. The whole thing was just sad and I would never go back.

Hotel staff were very hospitable. The rooms were very clean and house keeping was exceptional with providing the necessities! The breakfast bar was also very accommodating!

Hotel was not as clean as it reflects in pictures, Smell in the room, in elevator and hallway was another challenge, Sofa come bed was broke , AC was makin too much noise and was consistently tripping i already complained about it at front desk and bath tub water was dripping and leaking as well so make wise choice before selecting this location for trip with family.
