We stayed here for over a week and have nothing to complain about. The 24/7 staff where great to deal with, any issues we had where sorted promptly and effectively. The staff throughout the stay where patient with us, gave us all the information we wanted about hotel facilities. The room was as described, very clean, spacious and the cleaning staff where amazing. I definitely recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about it.

Amazing hotel experience
This place is top tier in every way. The rooftop pool area is spacious with comfortable lounge chairs. Bar and restaurant are top notch as well. Our room was large and we really appreciate having a refrigerator in the room. Staff is amazing.

The only issue was the safe kept not working , over 5 times with us having to wait for maintenance to arrive. To be fair they were quite quick but kept implying that we had forgotten the number which we hadn’t

The set up at the hotel was perfect for us. Self catering but also has the options for breakfast and meals for lunch and dinner. We were upgraded on arrival so that was a very nice surprise.

Loved this hotel, modern, stylish, very clean, super efficient friendly staff. Tucked away a couple of blocks from the main road, quiet, very easy access to bus routes. Wonderful views from the rooftop pool open later than many hotel pools. Liked having a kitchenette and dine in/out options. Bistro doing takeaway and bakery opposite with several convenience stores within a 2-min walk. Cant think of any suggestions for changes/improvements.

Nice Hotel. Everything was fine except for the party going on at the rooftop pool well into the night also didn’t care for the fact that cleaning staff cleans rooms once every five days. Other than that, good place to stay.

This was a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. Pool and view was wonderful drinks and food prices reasonable. It could do with a small games room or maybe a pool table for children. I would recommend this hotel.
