Located in the Balmoral resort this stunning four bedroom home is very spacious and modern.Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and there is an additional bathroom just off the pool deck.Modern furnishings throughout with granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms coupled with modern finishing touches.Guests can use the resort bar and restaurant and there is a water park which can be accessed for a fee per guest.Located 15 minutes from Lego land and around 40 minutes in normal traffic to Disney parks.Close access to H27 and I4 mean you can be at the beach on the Gulf coast within and hour.

Please beware of this rental and of Kernow management. I was rented this property and was charged by vrbo for service fee as well as the management company. When. My family and I arrived to find another couple had been rented the same Property we were shocked. When I called the management team “Kernow” and left a voicemail nobody returned my call until 3 days later and replied they had cancelled the property and refunded our money which they had not. They lied about that as well. It turns I followed up with a virtual chat with vrbo and my concerns were not met with the concern or action one would hope when they realize they have been scammed. It turned out that they don’t even truly manage the property…tropical paradise does. Do not do business with this rental or any property’s managed by “Kernow”or you could end up like me.
