Villa Bonita is located at Southern Dunes a quiet, friendly and relaxing neighborhood. The community is set on an 18-hole, true gem, 4 star rated beautifully maintained golf course. Even if you do not play golf Southern Dunes is a great place to stay because of its natural beauty. The subdivisions are separated from each other by the fairways of the golf course.

Still available periods: May 10 until May 16; May 18 until May 22; June 04 until June 07; June 14 until June 16; June 29 until July 01; August 23 until September 08.

This well-appointed and decorated villa features fast wireless internet enabling you to surf the internet and access your email, a 40 inch LCD HD TV and a 32 inch HD TV, a DVD player, DVR recorder. Expansive volume ceilings and a tiled floor, an open fully fitted kitchen. A master bathroom next to the master bedroom with a garden tub and a large walk in shower. Further a second bathroom with a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. A living room and a master bedroom with glass sliding doors leading towards a roofed in porch and a screened-in swimming pool with near the pool a furnished deck. Southern Dunes has a 24 hours guard gated entrance. Special features around the villa include the Southern Dunes 18-hole championship golf course and the private neighborhood park with preservation areas and a lake. Also tennis courts and a playground.

The beauty of Southern Dunes is that, while being able to relax in a 'country club' atmosphere in a beautiful villa, you are only twenty five minutes away from Disney's main gate and Central Florida's many attractions (avoiding the traffic jams on the other roads leading to Disney) and twenty minutes away from Legoland. You will have the best of both worlds. Inside Southern Dunes you will have local amenities that include tennis courts, an Olympic size community pool (not heated), a play area, fishing lake and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. And just minutes away you will find a supermarket and Wal-Mart at the gate, and Eagle Ridge Mall nearby on Highway 27. On both sides of US 27 you will find a lot of restaurants.

Lovely Villa and in the Southern Dunes area which is always lovely and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the Villa has everything needed to allow you to have a lovely relaxing time. The pool is a good size and is attended to each week to keep it clean and heated.

Great neighborhood in between Legoland and Orlando attractions!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay on our trip to Legoland and Orlando attractions. The property was very clean and met our needs perfectly. The pool was the icing on the cake for when kids got back or had some down time. The owner communication was top notch and very friendly and professional. Would stay here again!

Great Neighborhood

This home was in a lovely quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Lovely places to walk the dog, and just generally relax. Pool was just wonderful! After a day of visiting friends or playing golf, this was a nice top-off. Comfortable furniture inside as well! The only issue is the double remote controls for the television! We are not tech savvy so it was a challenge. But the host was great in response to our questions and helped us out. All in all, as they say, a good time was had by all!

Property was better that the photo's! Stayed on Southern Dunes each time we have visited over the last 17 years. Wonderful destination, traffic is getting heavier though! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stay at Villa Bonito

The house was so amazing! I do think there should be more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 3 bedroom home that sleeps 6 but we went to Walmart and purchased more. I feel as though the pool could have had some stuff for the kids but we also purchased our own things for that as well. The beds were good for a weekend stay but if we stayed longer I would have personally liked them to be somewhat softer. It would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the rooms especially the living room. The dining room chairs are sort of loud so pads for the chairs so the flooring does not get scratched up would be nice also. These are all small changing that myself and my family noticed but overall the location of the house and the house itself was very nice. Thank you for an amazing place for myself and my family to enjoy our weekend getaway.

Great stay

Just came back from a nice tweo week stay at "villa bonita". The house is cozy and well maintained with a nice swimming pool. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Beds are soft and comfy. When we arrived everything was spotless what made us feel comfortable right away. we would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, great location close to everything, great neighborhood, loved the security of a gated community the only think I didn't like was that they kept stoping me at the gate to check my Id and rental agreement every time I went out. but other than that everything was great.

Third time and it’s still charming

This is the third time we have stayed in this home and when visiting central Florida we would not consider anywhere else. The owners are delightful and are quick to respond, it’s a wonderful neighborhood and our dog loves to take up over to the golf course so that he can watch the golfers. He loves it when they see him watching and when finished with the hole they come see their cabin fan. The primary bedroom has a new foam pad which helps the mattress a bunch but it’s still too hard for us. The only thing I can find slightly wrong is that when someone stays two weeks or longer, I would like to see at least 1 roll of toilet paper week per bathroom. That is only a minor concern as we always bring our own. I also suggest bringing bottled water with you, through no fault of the owner, Haines city water is the worst on the planet. The good news is Walmart and Dollar General market are so close you can pop out quickly to get some. This is our home away from home. Our dog even remembers where we place his food and water bowl and he stood in the same place waiting for us to put it down for him. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We look forward to our next. Oh and awesome restaurants nearby too. Don’t hesitate to check them iut.
