Cost-performance wise, this is good for those who just need a clean and conveniently located place to put their heads down at night. Note that there are a few APA hotels on the same street — this can get pretty confusing when you first arrive and look for your hotel.

Close to station and nice to have a sento bath area. I didn't really talk to staff - everything was by self check-in/out machine - but when I did ask if they could book a taxi for the morning they said I'd have to do it myself. Simple things make a lot of difference.

Great Hotel- Very easy to check in, very friendly staff. Loved the late check out option. Very convenient that the staff will hold on to your luggage for hours after your checkout- free of charge!

The room is very small. I didn't understand why the reception refused to make a call for restaurant reservation or taxi despite they knew that I was a tourist and my mobile phone cannot make a call because I used a tourist internet sim card, no voice call service.

Adequate and convenient location
Clean but not pristine because room is serviced every 3 days unless requested otherwise. We were only given clean towels every day in a bag hung on our door handle. Our trash was minimal but stayed in the room till serviced. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.Could barely hear street noise and absolutely nothing from neighboring rooms. BBC was the only TV channel in English with repetitive global news highlights that got annoying

Very clean and comfortable. Self Check-in at kiosk was awkward as it asks so many questions. Guests need human help anyway so it doesn’t seem to reduce hotel staff’s work load. Don’t they know my info from my reservation via Hotels.com?
