Well, to start with, rooms arenât like in the photos displayed. Much more austere, would rather say depressive. There is also a strange smell one cannot define, in the common areas and in the flat. Itâs not impeccably clean as most accommodation in Japan. Then, although you provide all your details in English, they keep sending you communication in Japanese. Check in is ok but the crucial information passes through the screen so fast, itâs impossible to read it! All in all proximity to Hakata station is a +, but consider it only if you find it much cheaper than a proper hotel. Ah- internet doesnât work at all!
