Tidy and comfy stay!

Check in was a breeze and the staff was welcoming. The room, while simple, and a little outdated, was clean and comfortable!

Nice hotel

Nice little hotel located in the middle of big hotels. The hotel is not too far from JR station and it is easily to walk from and to the JR station and morning market. Highly recommended!

No-fuss basic hotel in a central location.

No-fuss, basic hotel which met all our needs. Could be too small though if you have more than 2 standard luggage. As with most Japanese hotels, the room is clean and the staff were very friendly! They even gave us a free packet of bath salt which we really appreciated!

Good place to crash, but lacks personality

Place is satisfactory. There are certainly more attractive places to stay but the place is certainly fine if you need a place to crash for the night. If I was staying two or more nights, I would look elsewhere.

Room was very clean and tidy. Good location but it was so hard in the winter under windy snow for who must drag the luggage on snow from station to the hotel. Anyway, you can reach by taxi. Staffs are friendly. Leaving luggages after check-out is allowed.

Great place to stay quite central although in the snow took nearer 20 mins to walk but still good. Non smoking Japanese style room with free tooth brushes razors etc but other rooms on same floor smoking so sleeping at night was hard because smoke smell very strong coming under door. Same with dining room which was a shame. Otherwise good and friendly place to stay.
