staff speak very limited English which make it difficult to communicate. no drinking water provides in the room. carpets in the room has lot of stain which looks a bit dirty

The on-site hotel Onsen was excellent! They had a large hot water pool, a cold water pool and dry sauna. The room was also clean.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room quite spacious. Our family enjoyed the public baths very much as well. The location is top tier (right next to the main station). The only downside I can think of is that the room felt extremely humid (our laundry took a super long time to air dry) and the PJs that were provided by the hotel (which were optional to use) smelled a little odd to us. But I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others as well.

Next to train station and bus terminal. Tram stop and market are a stone throw away. Hotel provides very comfy PJ. Comfortable Room size with 3 beds and sofa. Glad I picked this hotel for our stay at Hakodate.

The location was nice for our 1 night stay with easy access to the morning seafood market and to the train station. The hotel and room was clean and nice. Beds were uncomfortable and hard. Lots of amenities for guests.
