Fufu always make great hotel, we had a wonderful relaxing trip. The service, food, private onsen everything is excellent. Looking forward to come back again

Everything on Fufu Hakone was excellent except the spa and massage. I booked the recommended spa & massage package of 120 minutes costing 20,000 Yen, but was only given the service of 75 minutes including changing time, bathing and sand spa which lasted 25 minutes, the massage was only 50 minutes. I felt I was being short changed after the session and raised question to the massage lady without any acceptable answer.

酒店環境真的很美麗,四周都很寧靜，有很多樹木包圍. 酒店很注重客人的私隱度，很多座位都設計到看不到隔籬枱的人. 早餐及晚餐都很美味，而且份量很大。

Fufu offers fantastic standard of accommodation as always. I have stayed in 3 different fufu and breakfast has always been better than dinner but both still good. I stayed in the premium suite and everything was above standard except there is no balcony in this most luxury room type. Public bath was cosy too. Overall i would recommend it for someone looking for a luxury break.

送迎や食事時間などを配慮していただき、とても良い時間を過せました。 食事はどれも美味しく大変満足いたしました。 2つほど改善して欲しい事があります。 ☆足袋とサンダルの相性が悪いのか滑りやすく年配者ですと転びそうでした。 ☆トイレにタオル掛けがあると良いと思います。 ご検討よろしくお願いします。
