Spacious and modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage with private yard.

Located in the heart of Halfmoon Bay Welcome Woods, this cottage is just minutes away from some of the most sought-after locations on the coast. The cottage is completely separate from the main house with your own driveway and fenced yard for peace and privacy.
The cottage driveway can hold up to three vehicles and the fenced yard surrounded by trees allows for space to spread out and enjoys the outdoors. The patio, equipped with outdoor seating and a BBQ makes for a wonderful setting to reflect on the day. The flat layout of the property and rancher style cottage is great with those who have difficulties with stairs or rough terrain.

As you enter the spacious rancher there is a mudroom for your convenience equipped with a washer and dryer. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked and looks out into the living/dinning room. You can cook or bake well still enjoying your company! The kitchen includes a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and of course coffee/tea!

Enjoy a cozy evening chatting by the fire in the large living room or just curled up on the couch watching Netflix. The sofa doubles as a hide-a-bed if you require additional sleeping arrangements.

Two bedrooms, one with a king and en suite bathroom and the other with a queen bed have lots of room to spread out and get a great nights rest! The full bathroom situated between the bedroom has a shower/tub combo.

My family and I loved staying here. It was the perfect space for 2 adults and 2 young boys. It was easy to check in using the key pad and the home was very neat and clean. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. The area was quiet and peaceful. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch.

This is a great place to stay on the Sunshine Coast in Halfmoon Bay. Renee was very responsive and everything went smoothly from check-in on. We loved the private and separate guest house. Beds are very comfortable. Fireplace was so cozy. Highly recommend this property for a stay.

Wir haben uns im Cottage sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet sehr viel Platz in allen Räumen und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet . Am kleinen überdachten Sitzbereich hinter dem Haus gibt es sogar ein kleines gepflegte Blumenbeet :o). Die Betten sind riesig und bequem. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Umgebung mit Wanderwegen und dem Meer.

Everything was as advertised. The guest house is nicely laid out, quiet, and the private yard is great for kids! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and there is a school and park nearby, both with nice playgrounds and space to run around.

My husband and I stayed here with our 6-month old and her grandma. The place is very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. There are baby-friendly items available (bath chair, upright chair, plastic plates/bowls, pack-n-play) and the kitchen is fully equipped. There’s a cute grocery market just a few minutes away. Renee was super nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Well appointed Half Moon Bay vacation home in the Sechelt, British Columbia area.
My wife, daughter and I stayed at this Half Moon Bay property for two nights while attending a wedding in the area. The premises were very clean, and private. All of the necessities were there. The internet and cable tv worked great. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The neighbourhood is very quiet with an abundance of trees throughout the community. I would recommend having your gps ready as the location is about 7 kilometres off Highway 101 (paved roads) and it may be hard to find at night as there are no street lights. Overall an excellent well appointed vacation home.
