Hotel looks kind of dingy from the outside. Room was very nice though. Recently updated and very clean. Comfortable. Spent a lot on Ubers going to the waterfront as traffic is terrible in Halifax! Parking wasn’t great at the hotel.

Perfect hotel for myself and 2 kids. We stayed there mid-July. Staff was nice and helpful. Loved having a window that looked out onto the lake. Loved the restaurant patio that allowed you to enjoy the lake when you had the free breakfast and/or enjoyed an evening meal. Location was very close to downtown and other areas. Thank you.

We loved the beautiful spot on the lake and it was a convenient stop for the night. The swimming pool was nice and the dinner at the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was also good and we enjoyed eating outside where we could enjoy the view

Loved this stay! The staff were fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best i've had during any other hotel stay. Look forward to returning another time for sure

Pros: Very clean overall, Pleasant helpful staff, Excellent hot breakfast with wonderful breakfast staff, Spacious room with beautiful view of lake plus daily housekeeping services, Laundry facilities with 2 machines of each and comfy bench to wait on, Clean facilities, Large indoor pool on 1st floor, exercise room and large video arcade room, Excellent coffee machine on main floor. Cons: room had a closed in smell even with window open and needed an exhaust fan in bathroom, small bathroom vanity. Overall we had a very comfy stay.
