Im not one to leave a review other than just giving a rating, but this is ridiculous. There were three front desk staff working that could barely understand or speak English. There were also three other people ahead of me checking in who also had issues with communication, one of which had become very frustrated as he was trying to ask questions they couldn't understand. It seems they are able to do the bare minimum to make things function and do not care for the customer's satisfaction, just their process. Will not return or recommend to others.

Great place for the price. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Only things would be very low water pressure and the pillows sucked. Would stay again, but bringing my own pillow next time.
