Short staffing, but that is the norm. Exyerior property littered with cigarette butts, entryway hadnt been vacuumed it appeared in sometime, furnishings dated, worn and stained. Key cards on doors failed, however, they were aware and system was being replaced that day. Additionally the bedding in the room was dirty and front desk saw to the changing of the bedding. Staff was very accompanying otherwise.

The rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The carpet in the stairway needs replacing. Upgrades are happening so hopefully the carpet is on the list. There is not adequate parking at the hotel. Fortunately the nearby Superstore does have a large parking lot.

If you’re looking for a decent price point, then this hotel would be considered. However, if you’re looking for a hotel that’s modernized and in the nice location this hotel is likely not for you. The hotel is extremely outdated and I think they try to make it come off like it’s vintage, but it just comes off low end. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice other than that, There’s not any exciting positive things to say. If you don’t mind staring out your window at slum apartment buildings then perhaps you’ll enjoy this hotel. Also, when the hotel was booked, Expedia noted that there was a free continental breakfast but when we went down to inquire on it, they said no, and that was a never a thing and when I went back to my Expedia a few hours later that remark was removed off the Expedia website so a bit of false advertising there and if you’re looking for food at certain times of the day, you won’t be getting it because they only serve food randomly throughout the day And it also said room service and they said there’s no room service. Basic but clean

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was adequate but needs cosmetic repairs. Clean and well located. Too bad the building across the street is in such disrepair that it brings down the overall safe feeling while staying there.

Ok but very basic.
The hotel is ok if you just want a clean room to sleep in. The property is in desperate need of renewal. The furniture is old and the entire place, including the rooms smell. Our room looked out on an old, rundown apartment. It is close to downtown and has access to the boardwalk and has quick access to the highway.

We booked because they were offering continental breakfast but there was not any , front desk did not have much to say about it when asked her reply was ask in the morning. We booked two rooms but was not next to each . Will not recommend this place

Our room was quite spacious with 2 queen beds. It seemed clean enough. The staff were friendly snd helpful at the front desk. We enjoyed the free coffee that was available throughout the day. Parking was limited so we did have to park on the street one night. The immediate vicinity was a little rundown. The hotel was older and in need of some updating.

It is a little older hotel but very pleasant. It is well looked after. The only thing that was puzzling is that they have a free continental breakfast supposedly that we had to pay for.

The room we stayed in was nicer than the one we stayed in last year. The toilet desperately needs an upgrade though. If you went #2, it took 3 flushes to get everything down which was very annoying. The location is great though. It's right beside a large grocery store, liquor store and convenience store. We will likely stay there again.
