Ok hotel served by public transport and 5min by bus/car to the airport. Big downside is that no delivery services deliver food (too remote) and therefore everyone has to eat overpriced food at the hotel’s restaurant that is slow to arrive.

Every time we have stayed at this property it is extremely hard to get ahold of the front desk or order room service. The wait time to check in is long even if there is no line, and when you call to order room service you are sent to voicemail after a long time on the line outlining their Covid protocol. With this being said, the food at the restaurant is great.

They had one desk clerk on to check everyone in and she was extremely slow There were probably 25 people waiting when we arrived. The hotel’s key cards were not working, so they had to manually let everyone in

There was some confusion from staff when checking in. Airport shuttle bus was not running in the morning, which was not communicated to the latge group of people waiting for it. Had to pay for an uber to get to the airport so flight was not missed.

The good: Beautiful clean hotel. Pool is nice. Rooms are modern and clean. Nice cribs available - however sheet wasn't provided. Restaurant staff were delightful. Airport shuttle is a nice perk. Was provided a late check out that was much appreciated. The bad: The Lobby layout creates a lot of foot traffic jams. The bar/restaurant isn't big enough to accommodate the size of the hotel. The complimentary coffee is advertised to be available till 11am and they shut down at 10am. Front desk staff were unfriendly and it was hard to get any information out of them.
