Just a lot of construction outside that can’t be helped, making it difficult to go in and out on foot. Staff was very kind - hotel just needs renovations that are being planned.

Staff were excellent, helpful, efficient, and even got milk for my toddler at night when we couldn’t find any nearby. Rooms were very clean and fairly quiet, with some minor wear and tear noted due to age and use (i.e. aged bathroom, curtain stain, etc.). Beds were comfortable. Other than some awkward construction making things difficult to get around (no fault of the hotel’s), our stay was pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located but there is construction of a new interchange directly in front of the hotel. The carpeting and furniture are in serious need of updating. Wouldn't stay here again.

The bar staff were incredible. Half of the front desk staff were helpful. It was hit or miss which was frustrating and unreliable. There was no warning about the immense construction so I was woken up at 8am to drilling and had a migraine mid-afternoon and couldn’t nap because of banging in the room next door. I would have paid more elsewhere for quiet.
