The little things matter and the fact that you greeted us every time by our name is at the heart of your extraordinary service. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. First class service in first classe facilities. I can’t think of a thing I didn’t like about this hotel. Definitely splurge and make it one of your stops in Halifax.

The Muir was an amazing experience for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness, enthusiasm and friendliness by the professional international staff. Every member of the staff took efforts to take care of every single need we had and took great efforts to learn our difficult last name and say it with enthusiasm. We live on the outskirts of the city and will make this hotel our first choice for any future stays in the city. We could not recommend this property any higher; it was the standard for comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Muir. It was quiet and the staff were excellent. The gym and wellness amenities are excellent: well stocked, clean and spacious. Note the pool area has adult and family times. I’d suggest aiming for the adult times if you’d prefer a quiet and relaxing visit. The on-site restaurant DRIFT is lovely. We ate there three times and enjoyed each experience. . Valet parking is a the same price as self-park.
