They aren’t accountable for their shuttle service. They send one “only if needed” but they should have two running. Cost $22 taxi to go from airport back to hotel because the shuttle couldn’t pick us up even after waiting one hour. They pickup any random person who happens to be outside waiting for it even though they didn’t call for the shuttle.

As many other reviewers have said, this hotel is disgusting. Well beyond run down, dirty (carpet stains and hair were found), poor customer service. Avoid.

While this hotel is conveniently located for people flying out of Halifax airport, it needs a lot of repair and is very overpriced for the state of the hotel and the rooms. The front desk staff were very friendly, but once you move past the lobby the literal cracks start to show. There was garbage and chipped/peeling paint in the stairwells, holes in the ceiling, and the floors were dirty. The room we stayed in had not been cleaned enough (hair and grime in & around the sink, dirt on the carpet) had more peeling paint, loose carpeting in several areas, and some light switches that were coming loose from the wall. If we hadn't been checking in very late at night, I would have considered going somewhere else, and likely won't stay here again.

Great stay!
New management is evident. Entrance was welcoming; service was pleasant and prompt; room was clean and most importantly, beds were super comfortable. The attached restaurant provided many options and food was delicious. Free shuttle to airport and extended holiday parking were and an added bonus! Excellent stay for value. Will definitely return.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Love the ability to park at the hotel for no extra cost and fly. Reception on check in and check out extremely friendly. Room door needed a painting.

They are renovating so I understand some things not up to standard. They did advertise 24 hour airporrt shuttle, 2.7 kms away, but when I got back at 1.30am and waited for the shuttle, then called I was told it was not operating 24/7 and it cost me $22 for 2.7kms!!
