This place is a gem. Didn't expect much really but boy were we happy. Large comfortable clean room with excellent beds, shower and wifi. We'll stay longer next time.

Bed could have been more comfortable and it was noisy. Street traffic was loud but expected. View was best I’ve woken to. TV was difficult to navigate and we called for assistance but did not receive any help. We managed with what we had. No stove or elements so can’t use kitchen other than microwave and fridge. We ordered and picked up food or ate while out.

Well maintained & clean, friendly staff. Right on the lake, great view from back window of large room with small kitchenette area. Great lakeside area to relax and unwind. Basic motel but had everything I needed and great location. Well worth the money.

Beautiful walkway and surrounding landscape on a lake with main windows facing the lake. Extremely accommodating staff. Large rooms with kitchen facilities that were brand new. Great location for travelling to Peggy’s Cove, Seabright, Bayer’s Lake and Halifax!

The room was fairly large with a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. It’s a bit dated but was clean and maintained daily. We were told there was a laundry room within the motel which we didn’t get to use but this is a big plus for long trips. They had seating behind the motel with a nice garden and view of the lake. The one thing that concerned us was the bathtub. It was very slippery. They had a suction bath mat but it wouldn’t stay in place which could also contribute to sliding. My husband informed the receptionist and we really hope they take this seriously.
