They send you to a room in a different hotel!
I had purposefully chosen boutique 56, rather than boutique 53 as I wanted to be able to check in and take my room straight away in the same building. With boutique 53 you have to check in at 56 then walk back to 53 and then fight your way through the people that they have sat at tables outside the door of 53 to get into 53. I was therefore rather disappointed that after having booked boutique 56 that I was sent to a room in 53.

Close to central station. Very convenient but loud. Wanted to open window because there is no AC but couldn’t because room on the street was incredibly noisy. Everything else was as expected.

Very central, great location with walking proximity to the main train station, where you would arrive from or depart to the airport, Lots of bars and restaurants downstairs, hotel was clean and staff friendly and welcoming.

The location is front of central train station and not bad. The lobby or reception is so so small. The most bad thing is there is no elevator. And you must arry all your luggage and bag with stair6and no o e will help you at all. The other wierd thi g that i never see is that the toilet and bathroom is out side of the room. Totally ita not worst to stay even 1 night in this hotel at all.

This hotel should not be listed on Hotels.com without the caveats: no restaurant or coffee shop, no elevator (walk up only) and no laundry service. It is very basic, albeit conveniently located.

Convenient and affordable.
Right opposite central station, so very convenient. Cosy and clean. Nice German restaurant next door - not too touristy at all despite being in front of the central station. Only drawback was no elevator - had to lug luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Room is also quite small for 2, ok for one person.

Everything was good except there wasn't an elevator so we had to walk two floors up and down the stairs. Nice staff, great location, accross from the train station. No breakfast.

Great location - across the street from train station. Staff were nice - I originally booked a room with shared bathroom (no no no!!!) and they gave me en suite as I messaged and asked. Staff at reception spoke no English and the registration firm was in German only, so that was annoying.

The property managers were helpful and professional but they couldn't solve the heat or the noise. First of all, there is no elevator. Second of all, the only ventilation for the public areas (stairwell and hallways) are two small windows on the landing. The hallway to our room was accessed via tight closing fire doors and there was no ventilation whatsoever in the hallway. The only ventilation in the room was a single open window to the street. With the hotel room door necessarily closed all night, no cool breeze could enter and the room was stifling hot, We were on the second floor over a restaurant/pub and the building was next door with some kind of night club. We had a three night reservation for my husband, myself and my adult daughter. We were kept awake by the racket. Closing the window was not an option because of the heat. From now on I will always check to see that the place I reserve has air conditioning. My husband actually went out and purchased a fan which improved our comfort but not the noise from outside. Even though we paid extra for three beds, we only got towel for two people. For the price of a one night stay for one person this establishment could provide electric fans for every room, but it seems that the owners are counting on continuous supply of unwary customers like us. Having to pay before stay is definitely a disadvantage as there is no recourse for unsatisfactory results.
