We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Neugrabener Hof. The staff were accommodating, the room was clean and had more than enough room for our group of 3. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hamburg again.

convinient place in south Hamburg
There was lack of power outlets. Actually there were more of them in bathroom that room itself. I´m used to bed having outlet at each side.... It´s locaton .... in´t on busy noisy street, so shops are close by, so are the cars. And lastly ... drain in shower could use some tweaking. more water could go in that managed to go out.

The Hotel Neugrabener Hof is a nice choice about a 25 minute journey from Central Station on the S Bahn. The S Bahn station is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is on the main road and yet, it is very quiet in the evening. The breakfast buffet counter and tables were set up with loving care. The coffee is a special treat each cup ground to perfection! My room was comfortable and the bath room was recently updated. This made my week's stay in Hamburg most enjoyable!

We contacted the hotel prior to booking to confirm they had availability for our dog, they did but at a higher rate than on Expedia. We booked with Expedia and upon arrival were told our room was not ready as there was flooding and water on the floor. Asked us to wait and hour or so as they cleaned the room which would have made us extremely late for the concert we were going to. Accommodated us by sending us to a sister hotel, which was fine, front counter staff was cordial, room was clean, nothing special. Thankfully close to the train station, we missed the first 30 mins of the show.

I loved the fact that we were able to check in through the phone before we arrived and they gave us instructions to get access to our room, because we arrived at midnight. The hotel has free parking, it is very close to public transportation, staff speaks English, they offer breakfast for a reasonable price, and our room was clean.

Super fin overnatning på vej hjem fra Polen, som familie. Vi bookede et familieværelse og havde en dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenge, det fungerede perfekt. Hovedpuderne trængte til en udskiftning, de var helt flade. Rent og pænt med lille køleskab på værelset. Vi havde hvad vi skulle bruge, og personalet var meget venligt.

Inte mysigt. Inte okej.
Förvisso säkert städat i korridorer och på rummet men gamla heltäckningsmattor och inredning+textilier från gissningsvis 1990-tal ger känsla av gammalt, unket och oengagerad plats. Även tunt damm på vissa ytor (vilket iofs ju kan bli snabbt) och sänggavel med någon typ av vilyl-skikt som flagade. Unken lukt på rummet ökade känslan av ofräscht. Reception och frukostrum i källaren, med källarkänsla. Okej frukost men i tråkig miljö. Utvändigt: smutsiga ytskikt, på räcken, fönster, trappa. Oklippt gräs på framsidan och smutsig skylt. Jag trodde hotellet var nerlagt. Inte välkomnande. Positivt: trevlig kvinna i receptionen (vi såg ingen annan personal) Flera restauranger i närheten. Vi åt på en restaurang Öz Urfa, som var mycket trevlig, med många gäster och god mat. Mycket trevlig och generös personal. Rekommenderas varmt! Vi skulle inte rekommendera boendet till någon. Synd eftersom vi fick trevligt bemötande av kvinnan som jobbade där.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht gebucht. Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Zimmer sind sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Bettdecken sind wunderbar flauschig. :)

Ok um 1bis 2 Nächte zu übernachten. Für Familie mit 4 Personen sehr eng. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. S-Bahn in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sympathisches Personal/Inhaber.
