Second stay here - just as excellent!
This was my second stay here in about a year. I did that, partially because the price offered for the night I needed was excellent, and because my previous stay here in 2023, was brilliant. It did not let me down, a lovely light, clean, very comfortable room and bed! Bathroom and shower were good, though bear in mind, both rooms I've stayed in, the door and the wall by the shower is not fully opaque, shapes of people are visible, so consider who you're staying with if not a solo trip. Travel links are good, within about 10 minutes of Berliner Tor station. A lot of steps to get in/out of the station though, so bear that in mind if heading somewhere in a hurry. I don't know when next I'll be back in Hamburg, but I'll check that this place is available whenever that may be!

This property puts the super back in the Super 8 name! Amazing breakfast, great friendly staff, very cosy cafe. We enjoyed watching the Euro 2024 games in the lobby. Overall very positive and will be back next time we are in Hamburg!

The hotel interior was quite modern and the room and staff very pleasant. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from a large railway station, however there is no or little closer public transport available. The area also lacks shops and restaurants nearby.

Good and comfortable hotel. Checkin process unnecessarily laborious. Room had no kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Staff generally very helpful.

I asked to check in early because I had plans during the day and I was told no. I was informed I could leave my bag at the desk- I informed the staff that I wouldn’t be back until past midnight and asked if someone would be working the desk at that time. The response was incoherent. I asked again and got the same response. I paid for the stay without checking in, and actually stayed elsewhere.
