A safe (24 hrs reception, card required to access elevator and side doors) & clean Hotel in a quiet area. Public Transport S-BAHN, U-BAHN and BUS in walking distance, same for shopping malls and restaurants within minutes on foot. Offers free parking in separate Garage for guests arriving by car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are new with comfortable bed, noise absorbing triple glassed windows and spacious bathroom/shower.

The Hotel was very nice except that the Air Conditioning could apparently not keep up in Room 317. The Sun hit the large glass windows every day and even though we keep the curtains closed it still got like an oven. The glass needs some reflective thermal film or something _ OR - the Air Conditioning needs to be able to be set to "TURBO". We had trouble sleeping due to the heat and could not stay in the Room at all during the day.

Good hotel with a nice breakfast. Easy to get to Hamburg’s main attractions and also very easy to get from/to the airport. Rooms were a little too hot as AC didn’t seem to work quite well.

Location is nice, close to shopping. Room size is very small, limited parking space, bad air conditioning and washroom ventilation. Shower doors are worn out. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff at front desk did not address the concern of air conditioning in my rooms despite 2 times request and reminder.

The room was clean and bathroom was a good size. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. While we were there the AC was broken and the room was miserably hot so we got very little sleep. They didn’t tell us before we checked in about it or even offer any water. There are no phones in the rooms - if you need anything or have a question you have to go own to reception. If you are bringing a car, the lots are very tight and we got stuck a few times because of a delivery truck blocking the entrance/exit and the traffic on the car lift.

A hotel is acceptable for a one-night stay if you don't have any other options. The transportation links are very good, with a tube station only a 7-minute walk away. The room appeared clean at first, but we later discovered spider webs. The mood of the staff seems to depend on the weather. Some of them weren't particularly friendly, and if you don't speak German, it can be challenging as they don't speak much English.

Nice hotel in the east of Hamburg. closely located to public transport, as well as paid parking at hotel. Was able to check in early, which was nice. Booked the middle category room, which was a good size. Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, as i was out and about very early. only had a coffee in the morning. the only thing a bit negative, even with the a/c on lowest setting, the room stayed quite warm, so slept with open window, which had the downside of smokesmell clming in from the smokersarea below the room

A perfect place for visiting Hamburg
We got a friendly reception, the staff was friendly and effective. The hotel is situated in a quiet yard, and although the rooms are rather small, they are well equipped and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and copious. The U- and S- bahns are just around the corner. A perfect place to stay for visiting Hamburg

Fantastic friendly staff at check in. Quick and informative. Ready to help. Breakfast was good. Even with corona restrictions with limited seating- nobody was left waiting. Tables cleared and cleaned straight away 5 min walk to metro from hotel.( travel card for up to 5 people for 1 day was about 12 euro)along the same street as the metro we’re a good variety of restaurants and stores Would certainly stay here again
