Great value property
Well maintained and clean property. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast food was basic but, there were hot and cold selections available.

Decent but not Dazzling
Decent accommodationa, definitely older building. Fixtures were rusted and dated, toilet paper is so very thin, mini fridge makes a horrific high pitch whine, and the teeny tiny pillows on the king bed were kind of funny. One of the pillows was decent, the other felt like it had been stuffed with other, shredded pillows and blankets. I stay at a lot of hotels in this price range and I've been much more impressed.

The staff is amazing like always, everyone is happy and friendly. I wish they would keep even 2 rooms for pets. It helps with people traveling. I would stay more often if I could stay with my dog. But with them not allowing dogs now i stay at other hotels

We were rather disappointed with the stay. We stayed for a week in 2023 and has no issues. Because of this, we reserved a room for my brother-in-law so he could have a restful sleep for couple of nights. This was not the case. He was kept awake by constant loud voices and doors closing. The sheets looked as if there was blood spots on them and they were a grudgy brown. He used many wipes to clean up, they were black when he completed the clean. The remote was sticky. Most disappointing 😩.

Best hotel for your money.
For a 3 star hotel it was better than some of the 4 star accommodation. They after free hot and cold breakfast from 7am til 10am. If you had a question about something, They were always there to help.

The hotel was fine, but loud traffic noise
The hotel was fine, the condition wasn't the greatest... there were leaves up and down the indoor corridors, but the room was good. The only problem was the noise. The room faced a busy highway (the QEW) and the windows were thin, so the traffic noise was very loud all night long.
