I was greeted very nicely and even got a room on ground floor due to all my bags which was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable and tidy but the smell of Janola was so over powering that I had to spray my perfume in the shower run the water for 5 mins and sit outside for a couple of hours so I got food came back and sat in the garden which was lovely. It was just after midnight when someone opened my door with their tag and I heard them say someone is in here,(a woman’s voice) then they closed the door and left before I could actually register or say anything. That was scary because the thought of people being able to open a door with their key card is a worry and I didn’t get back to sleep after that.

I started to stay in Airport Motel quite a few years ago. Convenient, close and easy to CBD queens street, airport, etc. The current motel had been renovated with kind and friendly staff and management. Will select Airport Motel next time when visit and stay in Brisbane.

Too expensive for quality. Senior people put on top floor with no lifts having to walk up a number of flights of stairs. Furniture and fittings looked tired and old (need upgrading).

Convenient to airport
Convenient to the airport- appreciated the ease of after hours check in and early departure check out. Bed was comfortable and pillow was lovely. The shower was fabulous. Quiet, had a great sleep until heading to airport for early flight. Will happily stay again next time we fly out.

It is a good stay for 1-2 nights if you're flying out from Brisbane airport. Room was clean and tidy, if a little dated. Staff were helpful and off street parking was very useful. Would happily stay again

Brisbane Airport Motel was an excellent stop on a layover between flights. It was very close to the airport, clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even offered an airport transport in the morning for an extra $15. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.
