Disappointing
Told off for using platform booking and not booking direct. Bed was so hard it cut blood supply so endlessly rolling over. Shower large but no curtain so water pulled on floor. Dishes etc supplied but asked to wash after use in bathroom sink, not hygienic.Will not go there again.

There was no wifi . There was no dining.Pool and spa were not operating. Room was spacious but dimly lit. Spacious shower.Clean. Place was being renovated gradually because of new ownership.

Good clean, comfortable rooms.
The hotel is on the edge of town with a pleasant internal garden setting. The room was comfortable and equipped with dishes and a microwave. The restaurant is not operating so no breakfast either. The manager gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner.

Very noisy workers next few rooms, radio loud, swearing yelling etc . Felt more like a hotel. Bathroom set for disabled ! Price high. Pillows felt like rocks. TV remote flat However room spacious with access to lovely lawned gdn section thru 2nd exit.

It was a little disappointing that the online blurb didn’t match what was available. We picked it specifically because it stated pool,spa,restaurant and bar onsite so distance to town Centre didn’t bother us however the spa, restaurant and bar were all closed and thus closest facilities were 2 1/2 km away.

Good size rooms
The room was large and comfortable with couch and table and chairs. No complaints. The hotel advertises a bar and dining room however these are closed. I left an item in my room, I rang to see if it was left there and management said they would check and ring me the next day. I received no phone call, so I rang at 8 am the day after that. I had left it there. Management said they would post it to me but it might take a while before they were able to. I had also rung too early. Hopefully I will get it back, it must be a common occurrence and I definitely put them out. However, the room was nice.
