This hotel was recently renovated or built and it's fantastic! It looks brand new, very clean and rooms are nice and large. The staff was fantastic - they knew it was our anniversary and had a nice little welcome gift waiting for us in our room and texted to make sure we were settled well and made restaurant recommendations. This was one of my best experiences in a hotel, ever. Thank you Hampton Inn team

Hotel is very clean. Staff were friendly. Great location walkable to many destinations. My only complaint is our microwave did not work call down to have it fixed. Said they would send someone up and no one showed,

Very clean and comfortable room. The front desk seemed understaffed - they did not answer the phone a few times and check-in took ages. Breakfast was served on recyclable plate but they can't be recycled after food is served on them, so what is the point? Also disposable plastic cutlery is a poor choice. I would still stay here again.

We enjoyed the pool and coffee in the lobby. Pool was really the best part. The only concern I had was the softness of the beds. Just too soft for us.

It would seem this hotel is relatively new, but it seems it was rushed to open. My room door was very difficult to open as the door didnt quite fit the frame without a forceful push. The underground parking was a bit of a mess as there wasnt enough parking spots for overnight. The garage doesnt seem to be done, as there is a lot of bricks & and rods around. The water pressure from shower is a little weak, but hopefully that will get better over time. Overall, the hotel stay is good and clean!

New hotel with continental breakfast. Close to McMaster University and highways. Kind of noisy in the room from sirens at night depending on the side of the hotel you are on. Overall very good hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
