Was given a disabled room and not being disabled myself I couldn't park in the allocated space which made it tricky to park safely. The walls are paper thin so bring earplugs if you are planning to stay.

Room spacious and clean. However, the shower-room without a door is miserable as it was wet and slippery after shower. Suggest to add a handle by the tap so make it a bit safer , especially for those seniors.

Repeat hotels.com gold member . Nice rooms, good bathroom, kitchen and sky tv. Good location. Unfortunately this night there was a group of adults in other rooms partying and rudely swearing till late. Still was a good stay and will be back again

Reception staff were very nice and super helpfiul.Rooms were very big and had all anemities, so we will definately stay again. I was worried about the social housing tennants, but they stayed to themselves so we felt safe

Very spacious room for myself and 3 kids. However thought the main bed would atleast have legs and be up off the ground, not sitting on the ground. Otherwise was a good stay.

Like that it was on one level and no stairs to climb. It has everything, love the big walkin shower, the jet spa or bath, loved everything just about, maybe a little update on a couple of little things like bedside draws otherwise loved our stay. Great place❤️

The receptionist was outstanding. Such a big help when I had booked the wrong date. Expedia were not easy to get hold of and the lovely receptionist encouraged me to keep trying. It took a while to sort with Expedia but with the help from Hygate staff we were able to swap dates and stay. Relief! I will be much more careful in future when I do any bookings to check the date. Thank you Hygate staff, much appreciated. Thanks also to Expedia.

The host was very helpful when I had queries. The room was warm, lovely towels, great pressure in the shower, comfortable bed and spacious. My only disappointment was that there was only Sky available, no "regular" tv channels unfortunately. Overall I'd recommend this motel :)
