The advertisement for this property is misleading. It is not kept up well, not clean and in disrepair. Light fixture above sink was hanging from wall in bathroom. The entire house smells like stale cigarette smoke. Cobwebs, holes in screens, difficult to enter, unsafe neighborhood, tiny sofa in living room, the list goes on and on. We had to leave because it would have been an awful night. Thank goodness we found a hotel with availability. Still waiting on response regarding refund from host.

Almost perfect for our extended stay
Located in neighborhood that is being renovated. In fact, the whole community is being renovated, better yet- renewed. Hosts provided everything we could need for our extended stay and more. We felt at home. Any questions were answered quickly. I think the area and the house is more towards a younger guest age. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone with mobility issues due to the bedrooms being up steep stairs and stairs needed to enter the residence.
