Perfect for Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay, June 8-14, at Peach View Retreat. We are a family of 6; parents and 4 kids (18,16,13,4). HOUSE: It was immaculately clean. I can’t say enough about the cleanliness of this home. Everything was labeled so it was easy to find things in the kitchen and laundry. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The front porch was so lovely to sit with a cup of tea and look out over the orchard. Host was great with communication. AREA: We loved the area and made visits to the farm stands, local grocery store, and restaurants. We enjoyed Penny’s diner and Grazie Cafe for breakfast and had a wonderful lunch at the Grand Oak Culinary Market. Good Manners Ice Cream stand was a hit with the kids and adults alike. If you are gluten intolerant or celiac there is a wonderful bakery, Edible Options, in St. Catherine’s that had the best gluten free brioche bread I have ever tasted. We ventured to Charles Daly Park on Lake Ontario and had a lovely afternoon on the beach skipping rocks and chatting with some locals. EXCURSIONS: We went to Toronto twice since we purchased a CityPass. The Royal Ontario Museum, CN Tower, and Casa Loma were our favorites. The Harbour cruise was nice but a bit long. Traffic to and from was horrible so expect delays. Niagara Falls was our favorite and the kids voted the boat ride to the Falls as the favorite of the trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Exceeded expectations
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and spaceless, with a modern well equipped kitchen. We appreciated each bedroom has king beds and en-suite baths. The home was spotless. The hosts provided all the details and information we needed for our stay and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. I highly recommend and will book again.
