I appreciated the prompt communications to explain where to pick up the key before my arrival. I appreciated being greeted with a smile. The room matched the photos and information provided and was amazing.At the moment there's no reception which didn't phase me as I'm an independent traveller. I would happily stay here again and also gladly recommend Zeta to others.

Great space - huge, clean and has everything for a long stay - very very noisy surrounding area though - the live band at the pub over the road you can hear word for word. Very lucky we had ear plugs! Bed was awfully uncomfortable.

I am a Sales Rep, so I travel a lot and stay in Motels a lot. At the end of my stay I need a GST tax invoice to reimburse money from my company. So, I asked them for a tax invoice and Zeta Motel sent me an invoice for the amount they recieved from Expedia. Which is a little less for what I paid, because Expedia has taken a commission from it. However, in my case I want an invoice for the full amount I paid and I do not want to know what commission Expedia took. I contacted Expedia to ask for an invoice and the invoice Expedia gave me does not have their GST number. So, I had to call Expedia again to send me a customized invoice with their GST number on it. When I called the Motel the receptionists were extremely rude and gets annoyed when you ask questions to understand why this is happening. Three months ago I stayed at this Motel and I was able to get a GST tax invoice without any issues. If I can get it then why can't I get it now? My advice is if you are travelling for work and need a GST Tax invoice after your stay, stay away from this place. But if you are travelling on your own money to see places, it is a good place to stay with good facilities. You do not have to deal with staff if you do not need invoices.

Awesome room with kitchen and all the basic utensils, Cutlery and plates. Close to Pak n Save aswell as the city centre and quiet location highly recommended

Comfortable stay
The motel room itself was perfectly fine. Very nice new modern kitchen and bathroom. There is no staff on site at the motel you need to check in at another motel so should you need anything such as extra towels etc this would be difficult to obtain.

The property is new, clean and spacious. Location is handy. This is the good side. However, there is no staff on site for help (even during the daytime). I have to pick up the key from another motel receptionist even I arrive in the afternoon, which is about 7 minutes walking to the motel. This is very inconvenient for people who don't drive and with luggage. Likewise, when I have to walk back to the reception with luggage for another 7 minutes to save my luggage when I check out. Advertisement is a bit misleading.

Staff was good. A bit annoying having to go to different site to pick up room key. Room was clean and everything was brand new. However, Wifi signal was not the best. Apart from that can recommend that this is a good place.

Would stay again if they had a lift!
Can't say enough positives about this place. Was surprised at the quality and comfort considering the price we paid. Meticulously clean. Only grumble - no lift so had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs, which was difficult as I am recovery from cancer treatment.
