I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Gary, Indiana. Guest services is always friendly, rooms are always nice and clean. They also have breakfast in the mornings.

Charged me extra 20 dollars a night for insurance 40 all together . After I done paid for the room . Left the room the clean . And took 30 of if . Hotel was under construction. I thing they charge you extra to pay for construction. I would not recommend this motel to anybody

The property was under construction and we were not notified it was because we would not have booked here. Breakfast was grab and go when it said it was there normal breakfast.

Fairfield review
It was under construction and the pool was closed, it was one of the reasons I chose them. They should include that on website, it’s one of the amenities I air for. Also a weird smell throughout including the elevator. Not a terrible place to stay.

I stayed for 1 night. When I checked into my room on the first floor. It had a smell. It smelled like the carpet was wet or something. Any who, the front desk lady Ms. Jackie was so helpful. She had me come back down and she switched my room out with no problem. I then checked into my other one and it was nice, clean, and had no odor. Ms. Jackie was so helpful.

I would have given the property a 5 but the noise from the highway was a bit loud. The staff were excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The entire staff worked as a team and they all worked well together. I would definitely come back because of them.

Comfortable but unclean.
The bed was comfortable but the room smelled so bad we had to go out and buy air freshener. The shower head looks like it had never been cleaned. Overall, it seemed pretty stale.
