Shaky start awesome room
Check in didn’t go as smooth as we hoped. Resort has contactless check in. They forgot to program our door with our code so we sat in the hall for a while. Once we found an employee he quickly fixed the glitch. He never apologized for the error so I was ready to hop online and torch. However once we entered the room we absolutely loved the room and everything it included. The resort has things it needs to improve on. But the rooms are absolutely perfect.
