"The Hula House is as beautiful as the video shows. Very clean & well decorated. Lots of room for 10 adults & well stocked with supplies. Pool & hot tub were great although a little complicated to control the heating system. Would also request at least 1 safe be installed in the house. Otherwise it was fabulous & would highly recommend."

"Kaua’i bay house exceeded expectations in every way. The location was perfect. The house sits away from the congested resort areas, but still well within easy access to restaurants, shops, beaches, etc., which are all just down the road. There is also a quiet beach and park right next door. The house itself was perfect for our needs. The pace is very nice and well maintained, yet still cozy and comfortable - exactly what a beach house should be. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were ample linens, and even had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc., -all of which were in good condition. The property is positioned directly on the waterfront, with a comfortable breeze 24/hr/day - we never once needed the air conditioner. The Koloa Kai team did an exceptional job of communicating with us and making everything as convenient as can be. We were even greeted with a welcome basket, seeing as we were there celebrating our wedding anniversary. We will definitely look to stay here again, the next time we are in Kauai."

"My spouse & I stayed here for a week for our anniversary & it was incredible. The condo is great & has everything you’ll need if you’re planning to cook for yourself while you’re there. The view is amazing & location is ideal with plenty of restaurants & shops nearby, & so close to Poipu beach. Our favorite nearby place for coffee & breakfast was Little Fish! We loved being in an end unit so there was no foot traffic next to our unit. Everything was clean & the bed is comfortable, too! Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were graciously provided & stored on the lanai. The hosts were very responsive & kind. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Wonderful place to get away from it all. Close to great hikes on Kokee and Waimea. Beach is a few minutes from house. You can’t swim because of rocky bottom but it is a wonderful spot to sit in a chair to take it all in and have a drink while watching the sun go down. Comfortable beds and private yard. Roosters let you know vocally that they are in the area and visit with the hens periodically but it doesn't take long to get used to them - it is part of what makes the place what it is. At night you can hear the ocean waves and in the morning and throughout the day there are beautiful birds flying in and out of the yard. The geckos are around and fun to watch! Great place to relax and be out of the crowds. Highly recommend!"
