Tropical Waterfront Paradise with Amazing Sunset Views!

Welcome to "Villa Coral Sunsets" in Cape Coral Sunny Florida! Enjoy waterfront wide fresh water canal views from the lanai which overlooks the heated pool with a cascading waterfall hot tub. This 2582 square foot 4 bedroom 3 bath villa is situated at the end of a wide fresh water canal offering lovely views and endless sunsets! The back yard is well landscaped with blooming flowers throughout the year with access to the dock! Two Kayaks are available for your exploration of the canals that go on for miles! Fishing poles are available for fishing off the dock! 4 bikes are available with a bike trail just out the front door! 2 sets of men’s golf clubs and one ladies set are available for your use. Many public golf courses are within an easy drive. The home was built in 2006 and decorated with a coastal flair with comfort and function in mind. A chef's kitchen is complete with everything you will need including a Ninya blender, Keurig Coffee maker, regular coffee maker, coffee grinder and much more! We have never had anyone disappointed with the kitchen furnishings. The master suite is tastefully furnished with cherry furniture and a dreamy pillow top king size bed. You will also enjoy access to the lanai and pool area from the master suite. The master bath contains its own private bath with a whirlpool tub. Two of the other three bedrooms have comfortable king beds, with the third containing a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have a jack and jill bathroom and the other bedroom has it's own full bath. Each bedroom has it's own TV along with a TV in the family room and lanai! For those cooler evenings you are welcome to enjoy the gas fire pit. The kitchen is well equiped with a nice variety of spices to inspire the chef and everything you need to feel at home! The Weber grille is also great for cook outs! Xfinity Cable network is in place along with WiFi and printer/fax/scanner! The house also has 2 sound bars which are Bluetooth compatible.
The Cape Coral area offers so much to do! Explore all of the quaint towns in the area along with endless lists of restaurants and shopping! Between the renowned Gulf Coast beaches, verdant golf course and family spots like the popular Sun Splash Family Water Park, Cape Coral is attractive for residents and visitors alike.
We have a wonderful team working together to maintain the property, form our house cleaner, lawn keepers, pool cleaners, HVAC professional, pest control to our home watch care taker. If a problem arises our team is quick to react. We personally visit the property at least every few months for our pleasure and to make sure everything is in tip top shape for our guests! We want your stay at Villa Coral Sunsets to be enjoyable and memorable!

Fantastic Experience
This was our 2nd time at this wonderful property. Communication with the manager and owner alike is always quick and efficient. The view of the canal is amazing. Everything from the pool, hot tub, kayaks, grill, and dock are in great condition. The beaches are close and beginning to be fully open from the Hurricane a couple years back. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Multi Generational Vacation
Second time at the beautiful and well appointed home of Tom and Carol’s. Kids spent countless hours in the pool and fishing off the dock. Adults enjoyed cocktails and card games after the sun went down. The kitchen had everything you’d need for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Comfy beds, lots of space both inside and out. Already planning our dates for next year !

Both my wife and I were pleased with the property. Comfortable setting and enjoyed the pool area. The location of the property was nice and appeared to be clean and maintained. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade the living room furniture such as the sofas and recliner which appeared dated and not very comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed our time and the owner was very friendly as was the on sight contact person Jason. Cape Coral is a very nice area and easy to navigate. Thank you to the property owners for the great service and overall a very nice vacation home rental.

We love this location and the house. We have stayed here several years. The owners have made some upgrades to the patio area furniture which were especially nice this year. The view is fantastic down the canal. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Spectacular property
This property is the best located with easy access to the canal and Del Prado Blvd. without being on Del Prado Blvd. This is a quiet neighborhood and some houses are close so voices can carry if you are outside at night. The house is spectacular and has everything you would need for a 7 day stay with 3 couples like our group. The canal was easy access for fishing and kayaking with beautiful views of the sunset each night with no obstructions. The house is equipped with plenty of towels so doing laundry is not part of your vacation. The pool and spa were easy to operate and the temperature can be adjusted quickly. Overall, I would stay at this property again and would recommend to our groups and families.

Beautiful home with incredible sunsets each night!
This is a well-appointed home. It really does have everything you could need as described in the details. The deck is great, and the pool is outstanding! The neighborhood is peaceful. You can catch a glimpse of wildlife also. We saw an owl on the first morning. Then another one who was perched in one of the palms right outside the front door. Ibis enjoy the sunrise in a tree you can see from the pool deck area. Jason with the management company was there at check in to go over the house with me. Kudos to the owner who has everything marked and instructions available printed. Much appreciated. We enjoyed our week here and would love to come back next year.

Great Vacation house
We love this house for our annual vacation in Florida! We stayed here last year, and this year searched for a month for another home that we liked more, but could never find one, so we booked this home again. The location is great, the spot on the canal is perfect, the pool area is amazing, the house is a mansion. No complaints at all. everything we needed was at the home already, we cut the amount of stuff we brought on vacation in half this year, because all the chairs, and coolers, and beach stuff you need is already there. enjoyed kayaking last year, this year we rode the paddleboat, and fished from dock. I recommend this home for a great vacation trip!

Absolutely perfect property
We have stayed at several properties and have had various experiences. This house is absolutely perfect. It is huge, with enough bedrooms and beds (and no single-size beds; our teenage grandson likes at least a full) for everyone. Enough towels that we didn't need to bring any of our own, as we have experienced in the past at other homes. Who wants to do laundry every single day? A plethora of beach items in the garage including nice, comfy beach chairs (with no rust that would make opening and closing difficult). As you can see I'm making a lot of comparisons with other properties, and for this place it's a really GOOD thing to be the standard that others need to reach for. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was fantastic. The pictures do not do justice to the reality of the views. Communication with management was very quick and easy. Everything was clean. Everything needed for cooking/grilling was on hand. Quick access to stores and restaurants. It's too bad the effects of last year's hurricane are still seen in the area. We would gladly return.

Awesome location, house and pool
Family girls getaway. Enjoyed our time shopping and the pool - hot tub. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend. Only thing if you have someone with you that needs a pool handle to get in and out of the pool - the pool doesn’t offer that. However. Between myself and daughter in law we were able to get my mother who 87 in and out of the pool but she could not do it by herself.

5 Star Stay!
I have rented homes regularly for many years on the canals in Cape Coral. This property is by far the best equipped home I have ever stayed in. Also, many of these amenities you don't regularly receive at most properties. Great pool & hot tub - simple to operate. The home is decorated with so much attention to detail. Just a first class property - we were all impressed. HIGHLY recommend.
