Clean, comfortable. For those of you in the USA, the vibe is very much like the TRU hotels. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the parking area is very small and spaces not painted, so cars were parked at random angles causing several precious spaces to be unusable and we had to wait for someone to leave before there was room to park. But otherwise I really liked it.

After 11pm, the hotel web site states the lobby is not staffed and they would advise of special arrangements. I emailed 24 hrs i advance for instructions. I emailed the day of my arrival. I never got a response. I was locked out of the lobby. Lucky for me, a guest saw me and let me in. Pointed me towards a stack of envelopes with names on them and keys inside. I dug mine out. I then had to let other guests in who were checking in late and were trying to get a response from the hotel.

Very good value for money. Friendly staff, spacious room and the very best hotel bed I had slept in for the last 10 years. However, if you want service 24/24, the hotel does not offer this. It depends on what is important to you. I thought it was really very good.

Its was a very good trip, when for my sister wedding which was 6 minutes drive from the hotel and the registrar office was 2 minutes walk and finally the reception hall was 4 minutes away. Love every bit about the hotel,friendly staffs especially Eva the receptionist with her Dog

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was evident that the hotel was furnished to a high standard. There was no dining service, except breakfast wish provided a very wide range of food, though the hot food was not replenished. The area on one side near the hotel was untidy - the weeds were needing removed! There was a very large shopping and restaurant centre nearby. That was a great asset, plus the tram station next to it provided a 15-mimute journey into the centre of Hannover.

A night before a transatlantic flight. So we only had to find a bed. The only minor point is that the curtains are not wide enough to cover the windows. But they are still renovating, and I am sure this will be fixed. Breakfast was really good.

It is really nice place. We were staying just for 1 night. It is a bit inconvenient that there is only one chair. Beds are amazing. Also there are stairs but they are only for emergency, so you have to use elevator only.
